ChooseHealthy Discount Program

ChooseHealthy is a discount program offered to Kaiser Permanente, Health Net, Anthem Blue, Blue Shield, and Aetna members. Members receive 25% off my prices. Your insurance does not get billed and you pay out of pocket.  In order to verify eligibility you must present an active insurance card at your first session.  You can book your first session via my booking site.  A $35 deposit is required only when booking your first session.
